What we do
We make the knowledge you already own work for the people you already have.
We take the records a business has accumulated over years or decades, make them genuinely findable, and then make them usable by whatever AI the business chooses. We are the data layer, not the chatbot.
What we do
- Ingest what you already have We take the pile as it stands. Clean it. Structure it so it is findable by site, date, counterparty, document type, or a plain-language question.
- Make it usable by the AI you choose You keep the choice of which system reads your data. We do not lock you to ours.
- Point every answer back to the source If something is cited, you can open the document it came from.
What we do not do
- We never touch your files We read a copy. Nothing in your own storage is renamed, moved, or deleted.
- Your data stays yours It lives on a dedicated server under our direct control. Never commingled. Never shared. Never used outside our agreement.
- We are not selling a replacement for staff We are making the knowledge a business already owns usable by the people it already has.
What we have already done
Degraded input is the expected case.
We do not need tidy archives. We expect the opposite.
Our platform has ingested large public-sector document collections in hours to days, including decades-old material that was typed, faxed, photocopied, and scanned upside down.
An entire national tax code was ingested from an archaic website in about two hours.
The offer
We are building this with a small number of design partners.
Datrinsic is early. Founded in 2026. Two co-founders. We are developing the product against real archives, not slide decks.
A design partner gets hands-on service and real answers from their own records, at little cost. We get to build against the mess that actually exists. The arrangement is written down. Nothing implied. Nothing hidden.
We hold no formal security certifications yet. We say so before anyone asks.
